This year’s ‘Operation Kino’ is going to visit a total of 11 towns throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina and play several movies for the local audiences, which do not have a chance to enjoy cinema screenings on a daily or even on a weekly basis.
Among movies to be screened during the ‘Operation Kino’ is ‘Good Day’s Work’ (‘Dobar dan za posao’), which premiered at the Sarajevo Film Festival this summer.
The movie, directed by Martin Turk and coproduced by Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia and Turkey, features a number of famous Bosnian actors, including Aleksandar Seksan, Maja Zeco, Senad Alihodzic, Ermin Sijamija, Mladen Nelevic, Muhamed Hadzovic, Adijan Kulovac and Jasna Zalica. It tells a story of a family struggling to make their ends meet.
‘Operation Kino’ will visit Zivinice, Srebrenik, Kakanj, Zepce, Travnik, Gornji Vakuf, Konjic, Fojnica, Hadzici, Kiseljak and Bugojno. The tour is scheduled to start today in Zivinice and end on November 1 in Bugojno. Entrance to all screenings is free of charge.
