Mostar will host a number of cultural and entertainment events this summer.
The Mostar Symphony Orchestra and the Mostar Rock School will hold a concert under the Mostar’s Old Bridge on July 18, with their set list including classics by some of the biggest bands and singers from the former Yugoslavia, such as Indexi, Bijelo Dugme, Zdravko Colic and others. Headline act of the evening will be Zeljko Bebek, the original singer of Bijelo Dugme.
17th edition of the ‘Mostar Blues & Rock Festival’ will take place on July 20-21 at the Pavarotti Music Centre, and is expected to feature a number of prominent rock and blues artists.
Furthermore, this year’s festival of urban music, seventh traditional ‘Mostar Summer Fest’, will take place on June 27-29. Lineup of the Festival includes Hladno Pivo, Partibrejkers and Elemental, and the early bird tickets are already on sale.
Mostar will also host many other events during the summer, such as the Street Arts Festival and the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series competition, which returns to Mostar on August 24.
