Five-day Turkish Movie Week will take place in Sarajevo on December 11-15.

A total of seven movies will be screened in the Meeting Point Cinema, 13 Hamdije Kresevljakovica Street.  

The 2016 historical movie ‘Ankara Yazi: Veda Mektubu’ (‘Summer in Ankara: Farewell Letter’) will be screened on December 11 at 2000 hrs, and will be followed by screenings of ‘The Magician’ (comedy/drama, 2006), ‘My Grandfather’s People’ (comedy/drama, 2011), ‘Rafadan Tayfa Dehliz Macerasi’ (animated adventure, 2018), ‘Telling Tales’ (fantasy, 2015), ‘Kids on the Block’ (family comedy, 2019), and ‘Ayla’ (historical drama, 2017).

All movies will be screened at 2000 hrs, except ‘Rafadan Tayfa Dehliz Macerasi’, and ‘Kids on the Block’, which will be screened at 1300 hrs. Entry to all movie screenings is free of charge.

Turkish Movie Week is organized by the Directorate for Cinematography with the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and the Yunus Emre Institute.
