Ninth Coca-Cola Sarajevo Holiday Market will officially begin on Wednesday at 1900 hrs with lighting of a 15-meter Christmas tree in the Hastahana Park.

For the past nine years, the Sarajevo Holiday Market has been a place for marking of all holidays that had been celebrated in the city for centuries, such as Catholic and Orthodox Christmas, Jewish Hanukkah, and the New Year’s Eve by the Julian and the Gregorian calendar.

This year’s Coca-Cola Sarajevo Holiday Market will feature a total of 25 exhibitors, including a number of craftsmen and artisans, as well as fan shops of local football teams, food and beverage producers, and many more.

The doors of the ‘ARGETA’ Junior Play House will once again be open throughout the day for children to hang out, play and study.

Coca-Cola Sarajevo Holiday Market will also include the Carlsberg Holiday Pub, as well as the Santa Claus village with a gift shop, an amusement park, and a pony ranch with two ponies and a donkey for children to ride, play or take photo with.

Jaffa ice-skating rink will remain open until February 2, and the ice skating will be free for all throughout the month of January.
