The Association of IT companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina ‘Bit Alliance’ is currently working on creation of web platform that will allow users to work from home, visit museums throughout the world, or read books while in isolation because of the coronavirus pandemic.

The platform is supposed to be up and running on Wednesday, March 25, and will be free of charge.

Bit Alliance’ has called on companies, governmental organizations and NGOs to contact them, in order to obtain digital solutions which would be either completely or partially free of charge.

The platform will allow users to find information about digital tools that would help them communicate with their colleagues while working from home, as well as help them acquire new skills and learn something new, read or listen to free audio-books, have some fun or help those in need.

The statement issued by ‘Bit Alliance’ reads that in a time when only solidarity creates value for the entire society, “we believe that this platform will allow all of the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina to make the most of the time they are forced to spend at home, thus contributing to curbing of the spread of coronavirus”.
