The Hrana Gurmana campaign launched today an online map featuring small local producers of high-quality food ranging from fruit and vegetable, dairy, poultry and honey to medicinal and aromatic plants, forest fruit, and mushroom sectors. The map further includes specialized retail shops that offer such products, as well as restaurants that use local ingredients in their cuisine.
The goal of this interactive online map is to connect the fans of gourmet food with people who produce it and to make it easy to search for one's favorite types of products in different parts of the country.
The Hrana Gurmana online map is an integral part of the campaign. It provides background information about each of the promoted food and cosmetics producers, description of their products and contact details, and the list of shops where they can be bought, or ordered from.
The map currently features more than 80 producers and 30 shops and restaurants and will continue to be updated during the campaign.
The Hrana Gurmana campaign, implemented by the Sweden/USAID FARMA II project, runs on five social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and the FARMA II project website.
