Bosnian tennis player Damir Dzumhur dropped 17 places in the world rankings following his first-round exit from the ATP World Tour 250 series tournament in Los Cabos.
One year ago, Dzumhur lost to Juan-Martin del Potro in the semi-finals of the Los Cabos Open. Therefore, this year’s first-round defeat at the hands of Mikhail Kukushkin of Kazakhstan resulted in Dzumhur losing 80 points and dropping out of Top 100 for the first time since February 23, 2015.
Dzumhur is now ranked 109th in the world. His highest-ever rank was No. 23, which he held for three weeks, between July 2 and July 23, 2018.
