Due to the worsening situation and growing number of COVID-19 cases, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Ministry of Healthcare instructed all companies and businesses to allow their employees to work from home wherever possible.
Businesses which cannot operate on work from home model are instructed to introduce shifts and flexible hours in order to avoid too many people sharing an office at the same time, and also to avoid crowds in public transportation.
The Ministry also decided to reduce the duration of isolation for persons with mild symptoms, or persons who were in contact with an infected person but show no symptoms themselves. The isolation period has been reduced from 14 days to 10 days.
In the past 24 hours, Bosnia and Herzegovina has registered 1,777 new coronavirus cases, and 42 persons died.
