Members of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina and US Army will hold a joint military exercise dubbed ‘Bilateral Exercise’ on November 18 and 19 in Glamoc and Manjaca training grounds of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina stated that this exercise will help the Armed Forces to improve its cooperation with USA and NATO partners and to develop interoperability and readiness, as well as to create preconditions for introduction of new capabilities of the Armed Forces. The US Army will participate in this exercise with two F-16 planes and will support troops on the ground. The planes will not be using combat ammunition but will lock on targets with lasers and will simulate their destruction.
