UK Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina Matthew Field said that the UK visa policy towards the Western Balkans, including Bosnia and Herzegovina, is not likely to change in the near future.
Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina still need visas for the United Kingdom.
“Standard applications are processed within 15 working days, and priority ones within five days’ time, in most cases. We have received a total of 1,500 applications this year, and 97 percent have been approved”, Field wrote on his Twitter profile.
The issue of UK visas for citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina resurfaced several days ago, when FlyBosnia airline announced the launch of direct flights connecting Sarajevo International Airport and London Luton Airport as of September 24, 2019.
More information about the UK visas can be found on the official web-site.
